The smart method of affecting the person

The step in the foundation to be able to affect the person was to know what will make them carry him out (what was wanted by them). When we knew what will motivate them, we will know how him motivated them

All of us were different. We liked different matters. We gave the different value whereas that was different. Don't made the mistake by supposing that the other person liked what we liked or looked for what was looked for by us. Usually what was looked for by them is what they liked.

Then we could possibly motivate them by saying what wanted to be heard by them. We only showed how they could get what was wanted by them by doing what we wanted to be done by them. For example was as follows: Supposing that we were an employer and we tried to recruit an engineer to work to us, we knew that several other companies offered the position that was interesting to him.

If we knew what an engineer wanted, then we will firstly determine the position what and the company like what he searched and that was most interesting for him. If we learned that he wanted the existence of the progress opportunity/the rise in the position, we will show to him how many the progress opportunity that could offer in our company.

If he looked for the security, we must look for the security, if he looked for education and the higher experience, we will speak about the matter. Basically was us knew what was wanted by them and afterwards we will show how he could get what he searched by doing what was wanted by you (for example, by working for us).

The method “ knew what the person want” was by asking, saw, and listened to them. Increased by our efforts to find out.
